Some people prefer to work out in a group environment with like-minded individuals, which is a great way to stay motivated on your fitness journey.
With Bootcamp Montreal, you can either attend a bootcamp we've created at a location or you can choose the option to organize a bootcamp amongst friends and family at a location you feel comfortable with.
Working out at the office on your lunch break is an excellent idea if you have limited free time after work. Another great way to stay in shape and have a great time throughout the entire experience is to participate in one of our popular fitness retreats which are held at various destinations around the world.
BUILD YOUR BOOTCAMP!
Are you getting married? Organizing an event? Create your own bootcamp in your home, back yard, local park or anywhere you feel comfortable! When you choose this option, you can organize a minimum of 4 people to join you on a daily/ weekly basis as you all share the cost of hosting this session. The more participants you encourage to join, the less you will pay for the best hour of your day!
Bootcamp sessions include a fat burning workout catered to all levels of fitness, from beginner to advanced, and a relaxing stretch.
