Our high energy workouts include upper and lower body strengthening exercises. We incorporate a lot of cardio in our Bootcamps so you will develop lean muscle while you burn tons of unwanted fat!
Every year Montreal Personal Trainer puts together fun fitness retreats that will give you a change of scenery with none of the everyday distractions that normally hold you back from sticking to your weekly fitness routine. We combine fitness, vacation, nightlife, dining out, socializing and more!

PLATINUM PACKAGE
10 DAYS IN PARADISE ITINERARY (7 Days optional)
Have a mini getaway on your getaway, in the hills of St Andrew
overlooking the wild nature of Barbados’s East Coast.
This 3 day stay, will make you love the island even more, as you learn the cultural Island dance taught by Bajan Fusion dance queen, Celia Collymore, appreciate fine Vegan cuisine by Brazilian born, Plant based and Raw Food Chef, Manuela Scalini and explore the rugged coastline and hills by foot in a sunset hike courtesy of Pineapple Hikes (they provide tasty snacks after our hike too!)
After a long productive day, you’ll even have access to our sports massage therapist. Oh ya, and those are just the amazing extras. You’ll also experience morning exercise, theory and practice workshops, guided meditation, and much, much more!
